Wellness Center TS

Wellness Center TS is conceived as architecture in the shape of a living organism — a great spiraling ring of thatched-roof structures elevated on timber stilts above a tropical forest floor. Seen from above, the complex describes two concentric ellipses connected by radial boardwalks, their roofs woven from palm frond in a continuous ribbon that shelters guest cabins, treatment rooms, and communal pavilions beneath its sweep. At the center, a star-shaped palapa rises above the canopy as a gathering hall, and the garden within the rings is a curated jungle of palms, ferns, and flowering trees threaded with stone paths and inhabited by butterflies and tropical birds. The architecture lifts itself above the ground to let the forest flow beneath it — roots, undergrowth, and wildlife passing uninterrupted under the raised structures. It is wellness architecture in its most literal sense: a building designed to heal not just its occupants but the landscape it stands in, by touching it as lightly as possible.
